Sucumbé

Ingredients

  • 1 Liter of Milk
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1 Stick of Cinnamon
  • 1 Clove
  • 1 Bottle Singani 63

Steps

  • Toast the Cinnamon Stick in a large pan, add the milk and sugar and bring close to a boil.
  • Remove the hot milk from the stove and let it slightly cool while you work on the rest.
  • Grab your eggs and separate the yolks from the egg whites. Beat the egg whites till they look the color of snow then add the yolks and blend to combine.
  • Place an immersion blender into the warm milk and begin to blend while slowly adding in the egg mixture.
  • Begin to add in Singani 63 gently until it foams, serve in mugs and add on Shaved Nutmeg.
