Sucumbé
Ingredients

- 1 Liter of Milk
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1 Stick of Cinnamon
- 1 Clove
- 1 Bottle Singani 63
Steps
- Toast the Cinnamon Stick in a large pan, add the milk and sugar and bring close to a boil.
- Remove the hot milk from the stove and let it slightly cool while you work on the rest.
- Grab your eggs and separate the yolks from the egg whites. Beat the egg whites till they look the color of snow then add the yolks and blend to combine.
- Place an immersion blender into the warm milk and begin to blend while slowly adding in the egg mixture.
- Begin to add in Singani 63 gently until it foams, serve in mugs and add on Shaved Nutmeg.
