Mojito

Ingredients
- 2 oz Singani 63
- ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Simple Syrup
- 12 Mint Leaves
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- Soda Water
Steps
- Muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup in a highball glass.
- Add the Singani 63 and lime juice.
- Fill glass with ice, and top with soda water and bitters.
- Garnish lavishly with mint sprigs.
